A: We specialize in watch repair and after sales service. We service most brands of watches and we work on both modern and antique models. All of our work is done in-house and we provide free estimates.
A: We are happy to help anyone but most of our customers who visit our store have traveled from Spartanburg, Cherokee, Union, and Greenville counties as well as Polk and Rutherford counties in North Carolina.
A: Yes, and since most modern watches are water-resistant, special care is needed every time these watches are opened to maintain the integrity of the timepiece. We recommend that a qualified professional replace watch batteries, and we provide that service at a very reasonable cost.
A: It could mean that you have water in your watch, and many of the parts in your watch are overly sensitive to water. If you have a haze under your watch glass or even if it has disappeared after a short time, inspection by a qualified professional is recommended.
